We are a boutique team of clinicians and new NDIS service providers with a strengths and recovery approach to the psychosocial and physical wellness of NDIS Participants. When it comes to the experience we start with you, we pride ourselves on clinical expertise and our understanding of the patient journey to identify opportunities to create better outcomes. This patient-centred approach to strengths & recovery ensures we remain focused on our goal of improving your quality of life. We share more than 40 years combined experience within the mental health domain. We have well established professional rapports with multidisciplinary clinicians, government and non government organisations within the local area and see this as an essential part of supporting the journey for our Participants. We provide home visits to Participants with an NDIS plan. We will collaborate with other community professionals for your optimal outcomes, and care about contributing to your quality of life.
