About Us Sheela Physiocare, is a Multispeciality Physiotherapy clinic, was the brain child of Dr. Sheela Ramachandran, established in May of 2011, with a vision to provide high quality physiotherapy services to patients, help regain function and improve the overall quality of life. Sheela Physiocare are Physiotherapy clinics that uniquely positioned to treat people with Musculoskeletal, sports and Urogynaecological cnditions. Sheela Physiocare started off as a small clinic in M.K. Nursing Home by the name ‘Regenor pain Manipulation and Rehabilitation centre’, in north Chennai, in 2011. It saw a mixed population of clients, anywhere from upper to low socio – economic group. The clinic, initially was concentrating only on Musculoskeletal and sports related conditions. In 2017, the clinic was renamed as “Sheela Physiocare” and established as an individual clinic in North Chennai. During this period, the services like Hydrotherapy, women’s health physiotherapy and lactation consultation were included. In the same year we expanded our wing and started our first branch in Korattur, the west part of Chennai. In 2018, we started our second branch in Mylapore, the east part of Chennai. During this period we included services like Nutritional consultation and sports physiotherapy services to various sports clubs and to the schools. In 2019, we collaborated with “Varsha Lactation service centre” and established our physiotherapy services in lactation, which includes the birth trauma, mastitis, blocked ducts, etc. Our great facilities, in combination with offering the highest standard of care, means we have continued to grow organically into a 3 busy clinics with a team of physiotherapist, Neutritionist, Lactation consultant, sexual wellness consultant, and a helpful admin team – all working together to offer fantastic service based healthcare to the people of Chennai to NRI clients. Sheela Physiocare is successfully stepping in 10th year, in 2020.
