Sheencol’or was founded in Taiwan in 1948 and expanded to China in 1994. Today, Sheencol’or is a worldwide OEM and ODM cosmetic manufacturer with facilities in Taiwan and China, as well as, a global R&D center of excellence in Taiwan. Sheencol’or Group is proud to announce its global expansion with a new USA manufacturing facility which opened Fall 2019 in Piscataway, New Jersey. Our new facility will focus on Turnkey/Full Buy for all powder technologies, ranging from loose powder, baked powder, slurry powders, multi-press, single press and 3D effects. At Sheencol’or, all products are manufactured in accordance with GMPC standards and follow all FDA and EEC recommended guidelines.
