Established in 2015, Sheer Consulting is an independent project management and construction consulting firm that delivers professional, experienced and holistic services to client representatives, property developers and property managers. Our namesake ‘Sheer’ denotes a strong, complete and always straight-line approach to every project we take on. Whether it be residential, commercial, institutional or a retail development, we have the breadth and balance of site experience, estimating expertise as well as the commercial management experience needed to deliver the best value for our clients. We provide our services right through the chain of construction and project management, working directly with clients where we act as the Superintendent to assist with preliminary feasibilities, tender management, consultant appointments and authority approvals. We will also oversee the entire start-to-finish project management process once construction commences so you have the peace of mind your project is executed on time and on budget.
