Sheffield Wellness Centre

The Sheffield Wellness Centre is a place where health professionals can meet the people they work with. The centre is newly refurbished, clean, quiet and professional. There are four distinct areas available. The first is The Studio which is 10 meters by 4 meters. The room is open plan and ideal for yoga classes, mindfulness sessions and group classes. There are also presentations and workshops in this space. The Abbey Room is a dedicated massage space. This room is hired by massage therapists, reflexologists and osteopaths. The Dale Room is a cosy talking therapy room. It is used by counsellors, psychotherapists and CBT therapists. The Bandler Room is the fourth room, is large and airy. It comes with two large, comfortable chairs and is ideal for hypnotherapy sessions and coaching.
