In addition to telling my story of my awakening journey subsequent to the death of my distant, withholding mother, it offers a guided journal to help you explore moving from enduring a life of shoulds to savoring a life that embraces your wants. I also offer customized retreats for one or two women for three to five days hosted in my 250 year old home in the heart of the countryside of Burgundy, France.
