Shellharbour Sports Physio

Shellharbour Sports Physio is a new physiotherapy clinic in Shell Cove, servicing Shell Cove and the wider Shellharbour region. Physiotherapy helps to improve your quality of life. It can help you to recover from injury, reduce pain and stiffness, increase mobility and prevent further injury. As physiotherapists, our goal is to help you understand why you are in pain, and to help get your pain under control as quickly as possible so that you can get back to doing what you want to do. SERVICES WE PROVIDE Shellharbour Sports Physio is a hands-on clinic. Depending on what is required for your injury, common treatment techniques include massage joint mobilisation and/or manipulation dry needling muscle stretching strapping/taping boots and braces exercise prescription (strengthening exercises, stability exercises, stretches) We provide services to people with an NDIS plan. DVA and Medicare referrals are also welcomed.
