Shelton Eye Care is a small practice located in Roanoke, VA that places a strong emphasis on providing quality patient care. The health and well-being of every patient is of the utmost importance to Dr. Shelton and his staff, and they strive to deliver the very best in eye care. Services provided include routine eye exams and primary eye care, contact lens fittings, diagnosis and medical management of ocular diseases (and referral and follow-up with other providers as needed), dry eye relief, and foreign body removal. Dr. Shelton also utilizes Optomap Retinal Imaging to ensure the ocular health of every patient and eliminate the need for pupil dilation in most patients. ORI is painless, fast, and allows Dr. Shelton to get a better look at the inside of the eye than was previously possible using older methods. This allows for more precise diagnostics and better overall care for patients.
