Hexingwang now is the biggest professional Vacuum forming aluminium tooling manufacturer in Shenzhen. The former name of Hexingwang was Shenzhen Daystart Mechanical Ltd which was founded in 2006. There are 8 sets vertical Computer Numerical Control machines(CNC) here, working area from 500mm to we got 30 skilled workers, Most of them have worked in Hexingwang over 5 years. We do all processes by ourselves in house: tray design, tooling design, tooling manufacture, Teflon coating. UG, Solidworks, ProE, Mastercam, ACAD all are available for us.
