SHEPHERD HEIGHTS LIMITED Meadow View care home - is a purposely built home, offering residential care. We care for adults aged 18+ with Learning Disabilities, who may also have additional needs such as; physical, mental health, sensory, ASD and/or moderate challenging behaviour. The Stables - Day Centre is set within the secure grounds of Meadow View, our recently converted stables have been purpose-built for people with a range of learning disabilities. Our facilities include: a training kitchen, spacious activity area, relaxing lounge area, sensory corner, fully equipped wet room with changing bed, wheel-chair accessible toilets plus outside activities. Our Day Centre offers a structured programme of bespoke activities and care, that are tailored to meet each individual’s needs, as part of our person-centred approach.
