Unlocking the potential of Virtual Reality in safety training, Shepherd VR is set to transform high-risk industries such as mining, oil, and gas. Motivated by a passion for safety and innovation, Clint Kling has spent the last three years creating virtual reality modules to revolutionize safety training. The unique Functional Integral Training (FIT) methodology, developed during his doctoral research, is incorporated within these modules. FIT proved to significantly improve knowledge retention and deliver “experience” at an accelerated pace among trainees compared to other VR modules and traditional training, thereby enhancing workplace safety.
