We cover a vast area, throughout the Borough of Broxbourne, stretching from Enfield and working North from the M25 in WX up to Ware, and reaching out either side of the A10 corridor to include; Roydon, Stansted Abbots, Cheshunt, Broxbourne, and surrounding villages. We offer services across the property spectrum from residential sales and lettings management, commercial sales and lettings, and in addition to this, we also provide block management services. Shepherds Estate Agent have been trading for over 30 years and are a family run business. Our team boasts a wealth of local knowledge and a collective and impressive 40 years joint estate agency knowledge and over 37 years of joint lettings management experience, and that is only a third of our staff! So we are very able and equipped to assist most clients with their property needs and transactions.
