We also specialize in freezer beef and pork. We have our own smoked meats including smoked bacon, smoked hams, smoked sausage and smoked ribs. We make our own sausage including Hungarian (garlic), Hot Italian, Sweet Italian, Andouille, The Butcher's Wife (marriage between the Hungarian and Hot Italian sausages), and Country (salt, pepper and sage) every week. We provide a wide assortment of spices for cooking and seasoning the meats. We provide International Groceries including canned peppers, chocolates, Ajvar (red pepper relish), fruit juices, Vegeta, and an assortment of cookies.
