Sherpa Consulting provides consultancy and training in process improvement. We guide and support our clients in understanding and implementing the lean management philosophy, supported by theory of constraints and creativity techniques as appropriate. We will help clients to map their business processes and identify the lean wastes in those processes. We can also help with data mapping - essential for GDPR. We provide training in the 5S system of efficient workplace organisation and in Kaizen (continuous improvement). We also undertake contract process simulation work.
