As Sherpa Service I offer guidance, advise and support for commercial projects on a temporary base to organisations aiming at acceleration. This is not limited to growth as such but can include project setup & roll-out, problem detection and solving, strategy set-up, challenges towards innovation, enthusing teams, proces optimisation or digitization, conflict mediation, sponsoring, sales negotiation. If we continue to act as always done, the effort to grow, to speed up, to do better, will reach intolerable formats. At the same time our mouths speak words as innovation, creativity, AI, automation, durability. We worship these as holy temples and make expensive sacrifices but behold the vanishing as incense carried with the wind. Dare to do different. Make abstractions. Go outside.
