With our knowledge and expertise of exercise & nutrition, SHERRIFF-PT looks to improve our client's physical and mental wellbeing by taking them through a fun, challenging fitness regime and we educate our clients about nutrition to help change their current habits and lifestyle. SHERRIFF-PT's sporting background is mainly orientated around the combat world as both trainers have experience in either boxing or MMA. Both SHERRIFF-PT trainers teach their chosen passion to fellow clients and have helped progress many to go on and compete.
