We maintain these systems for shopping centers, offices, warehouses, and cold stores. Our evergreen service contracts give building owners the assurance that fire insurance claims will not be rejected as the SHEVS inspection certificate warrants that the ventilators were in a functional state. We carry out planned maintenance schedules in conjunction with our maintenance agreements and in accordance with SANS 10400 and National Building Regulations.
