We aim to provide therapeutic services for anyone who asks for help. Shezlong is the first Arab online psychotherapy platform in the world. It provides online therapy, offering over 300 psychiatrists and psychologists to choose from, who are carefully selected. We offer mental health services not only to people residing in Egypt but also to individuals who live abroad. We have therapists who speak different languages including Arabic, English, Deutch, French, Spanish, Dutch, Turkish, Italian, Armenian as well as sign language. Because we know that going to therapy is not an easy step, we wanted to make the rest of the process easier. We also have a matching tool, where the client selects their symptoms or how they have been feeling and our intelligent tool matches them with a few appropriate therapists, which they then choose from. We are keen to provide each individual with the optimum quality of service, which is our therapists undergo supervision, so they are constantly developing and evolving as therapists. We also highly value the clients’ right to privacy and confidentiality, so we utilize a program that maintains the privacy of the information disclosed in therapy sessions.
