Shiddat Biryani

We are a Pune based cloud kitchen startup specialising in Biryanis, Kebabs, and Wraps. Our vision is to create Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) model of Shiddat Biryani across pan-India and major markets around the globe. How are we different? 1) Freshness, tenderness, taste, balance of spices and flavours, texture, and health taken into consideration while developing each recipe. 2) Standardisation and Automation - We have achieved standardisation to a level where specialised cooking skills is not required. This saves on operational expenses and human dependency. 3) SOPs - The systems and processes are set. This makes it easy to scale the business. 4) Biryanis - Dum cooked in clay pot (Handi) by tightly sealing the handi with dough. This style of cooking, traditionally known as dum pukht, refers to letting the dish breathe in its own aroma or juices to make it more flavourful. The meat biryanis are made in classic kachche style where marinated meat and partially cooked basmati rice are cooked together over slow heat. The Kachche style 'Dum' cooked biryani process yields delicious, soft tender & succulent. 5) Health takes priority- No starters or kebabs are deep fried- Wraps are made of Whole wheat- No use of artificial colours, preservatives or additives in our kitchen- Spice level customisation is available as Mild, Medium, and Spicy.
