Shift Engineering is an autonomous software consultancy team which SHIFTs the way the clients deliver software in an efficient and leaner way. We do apply the industry best practices to the software delivery process mainly LEAN methodologies together with the Theory of Constraints. Maximum resource utilization at a given period of time in order to develop the right software, and building it right is our major objective. We do not only develop the product but also create resilient teams for our clients as long as they want to take over the maintenance or further improvements of their product with their in-house teams. Our team genetics heavily depends on freedom and team autonomy where all the members of the team have an equal right to talk and give direction to the team and the product in accordance with the customers' demands. Of course, all of these demands or suggestions are required to be supported by either qualitative or quantitative DATA. All in short, we build the right product and we build it right!
