Shift Diverse Business Solutions Shift Dbs

At Shift DBS, we are dedicated to empowering suppliers by fostering robust networking and connections within the utility sector. Leveraging our leadership’s 46 years of combined experience in the gas and electric industries, we implement industry best practices to facilitate genuine networking opportunities. Our goal is to help suppliers establish meaningful connections that drive growth and innovation in the utility space. We offer three primary services. 1- we manage full RFP development which includes reviewing requirements, writing the complete proposal, organizing supporting documents, and preparing suppliers for interview panels. 2- We deliver trainings and workshops where we share best practices and lessons learned from more than four decades of working inside utilities. These sessions help suppliers understand expectations, strengthen their approach, and improve how they position themselves for large opportunities. 3- We host strategic in person and virtual networking events designed to connect suppliers directly with decision makers and create meaningful business opportunities.
