We integrate seamlessly with internal Workplace, Facilities, and Real Estate teams to manage every detail — from vendor onboarding and scheduling to move readiness and opening-day execution. What we do: • Relocations & Decommissions – End-to-end planning, budgeting, and vendor coordination • Workplace Operations – Standing up new sites, onboarding and managing service vendors, and developing operational processes • Special Projects – Facility activations, event support, branded environmental programs Shift’s role is to make complex moves feel simple — keeping teams focused, vendors aligned, and every box, badge, and schedule in order.
