Shift The Result began operations in January under the name of The Effective Office, when Certified Professional Coach Barbara Moyle decided it was time to share her experience and confidence with people thinking of starting a business, and those who having already started one, wanted to move forward to achieve greater success. Barbara brings to you over 35 years of business experience in human resources, training, project leadership, and administrative and financial management. She has worked in many industry sectors from manufacturing to distribution, sales, banking, importing, insurance, business services and not-for-profit. She personifies 3 core business skills:* effective problem solving,* the ability to read and understand people and their needs,* and a genuine sense of humour. Barbara Moyle's background as a corporate trainer and facilitator includes Xerox of Canada, Bank of Nova Scotia, and Manulife Financial. From 1991 to 1995, she was appointed Business Representative to the Yukon Workers Compensation Health and Safety Board where she was diligent in protecting the financial investment of employers, while promoting and encouraging safe workplaces.
