I'm Vanity Jenkins, and I am thrilled to introduce myself as the CEO of ShiftED Consulting. At ShiftED, we aim to eradicate racism and anti-Blackness from workplaces, schools, and communities across America. ShiftED isn't just a company; it's a movement. I've worked with nonprofits, leaders, school districts, principals, and companies, sharing my expertise in equitable practices and racial literacy. Over leaders nationwide have benefitted from the culturally relevant leadership and organizational equity training I've designed and facilitated. And my teams? They consistently rank in the top 10% of the national Great Places To Work Survey because leadership thrives on inclusion and shared goals. My hope? To see the systems of oppression crumble, replaced by a world where all children and communities can reach their full potential.
