ShiftFWD is a small consultancy focused on finding the hidden connections, discovering meaning, and promoting engagement and delight. We work with mid-size organizations to help them strengthen ties and form deep connections with their customers and users. We started working in the field of user experience in 2003 through a deep-seated personal need to make things and make the world a little better place. That might mean making an e-commerce store easier to use, making an app more delightful, helping define a brand that people can trust, or making products that are engaging and useful. We know that one size doesn’t fit all. Each organization is different and so each experience needs to be tailored to the goals the organization, its people, and its users. For that reason, we offer full-service user experience strategy for new endeavors, audits for organizations that need a roadmap to launch or refine off-of, and individual one-off or continuing consultations for guidance in the right direction.
