Shifting Patterns helps socially responsible teams become more efficient and effective in achieving their missions. We help solve the problems that get in the way of healthy, productive workplaces, and we provide support for sustained and improved performance for organizations focused on greater social impact. Our consulting and coaching services transform teams by improving relationships and mission focus, teaching skills for effectiveness and implementing strategies to help organizations achieve their social impact goals. Shifting Patterns has worked with social enterprise accelerators like Ashoka Changemakers, socially responsible business associations like Chesapeake Sustainable Business Council, and social justice networks like National Justice for Our Neighbors to determine their strategic direction; build stronger, more resilient teams; and mobilize resources.
