Our focus is AI-driven Go-to-Market — combining strategy, technology, and execution across Product, Marketing, and Sales to create measurable business impact. We help leaders move from ideas and experimentation to scalable, controllable results. Shifu Marketing is led by Ralf Hug, a graduate business economist with more than 20 years of international experience in marketing, product management, and go-to-market leadership. After 16 years in Corporate America, he returned to Germany in 2014, combining global perspective with European mid-market realities. We work fluently in German, English, and Chinese. The name Shifu comes from Mandarin Chinese (, Shīfù) and means “master” or “teacher.” This reflects our approach: enable clarity, build capability, and empower teams — not dependency. Our mission is to help companies adopt artificial intelligence in a pragmatic, responsible, and results-driven way. Especially for mid-sized organizations, aligning people, processes, and technology around AI remains a major challenge. Effective Go-to-Market does not mean higher budgets.
