SHIKI is an owner’s representative and project delivery consultancy specialising in complex, experience led projects across the Asia Pacific region. We exist to protect creative, operational, and commercial intent as projects move from concept into delivery. As scope, cost, and technical complexity increase, original intent is often compromised through fragmentation, misalignment, or short term decision making. SHIKI is engaged to prevent that drift. We work alongside owners and senior stakeholders to provide delivery leadership, governance, and decision frameworks that keep projects aligned, accountable, and buildable. Our role is not to replace project teams, but to unify them around clear objectives and informed decisions. SHIKI operates across themed entertainment, location based entertainment, casinos and integrated resorts, exhibitions, and complex commercial and industrial developments. Our experience spans China, Southeast Asia, Japan, Australia, and the United States. Engagements typically include owner’s representation, project governance and stage gate support, technical and systems integration oversight, vendor and consultant alignment, and project controls focused on risk, cost, and delivery outcomes. SHIKI is most often engaged where projects are complex, high value, or strategically important, and where maintaining clarity and intent through delivery is critical to success.
