FR Workwear Stitching Machines: We imported more than four hundreds stitching machines from Japan, has stitching workers more than 260 people, the management and technical personnel 25 people, in addition to this, the factory has the CAD pattern making personnel and computer-control sewing machine, which can increase the production efficiency and improve the sewing accuracy. FR Workwear Productivity: Factory uses fully automated production line, so the whole process of production would be completed within 120 seconds for one piece, each sewing workers has automatic computer control sewing machine, in addition, production equipped with full range of updated automatic machines, fully meet the production needs of the professional field of flame retardant garments, and can meet the monthly capability of pieces flame retardant workwear at least.
