Shine for Hope Developers (S4HD) is a South African nonprofit organisation committed to strengthening education and empowering communities through inclusive, community-based programmes. Based in Gauteng, we work closely with schools, parents, educators, and partners to improve learning outcomes for children and young people in under-resourced communities. Our work spans multiple areas of education support, including Parental Involvement in Education, ECD Teacher Development, After-School Programmes, Academic Support, STEM education, and foundational literacy and numeracy. Through our Funda Ukwazi Literacy and Numeracy Programme, we support learners to build strong reading and mathematics foundations while equipping educators and parents with practical strategies to reinforce learning at school and at home.
