Shine In The Community

Shine in the Community is a private limited company limited by guarantee, and a registered charity which exists to relieve the needs of people in South Wiltshire, particularly but not exclusively those who are socially and/or economically disadvantages, in such ways as the trustees shall think fit, including but not limited to the provision of information, advice, education and training. Built on a foundation of Christian values, Shine in the Community aims to serve those in need, in a way which reflects the love and care Christ shows His people. To fulfill its charitable objects, Shine in the Community provides the following services and activities:"Shine Out" which works with children in isolated or socially disadvantaged areas, through educational and play activities."Tuesday Drop-In" which provides the chance for isolated people to enjoy coffee, or a nutritious lunch, in friendly company."BeFriending" which provides friendship and support on a 1:1 structured basis for those particularly in need of this."Money Talk" which helps those who need support in managing their budgets during challenging times."Gentle Exercise Class" which promotes the health and mobility of those who could not manage conventional exercise classes.
