Shine Special Yoga

SHINE special yoga offers 1:1 and group special yoga sessions in Belfast and the surrounding areas to people with special needs including learning disability, autism, ADHD, Down's Syndrome, Cerebral Palsy, complex needs and other physical conditions. SHINE special yoga was set up by Tory Campbell who is passionate about bringing the benefits of yoga to people with special needs. She also offers yoga for carers and the general public. Special yoga has become the international term used to describe yoga for people with special needs. It helps people reach their potential. All special yoga sessions will focus on the following areas: breathing practices, physical postures, sound therapy, mindfulness and relaxation.
