Our Mission is to Empower Conscious Wellbeing. Shine offers quality experiences and education in holistic wellbeing practices through the exploration of mindset strategies, nutritional health and various creative experiences. Our vision and intention in life - both individually and collectively - is to inspire and empower woman of all ages by providing fun, practical and creative approaches to holistic living. We deliver Wellness Programs to Schools, the Workplace, Local Community Groups and the Community Health & Education Sector. Our programs can be tailored to meet you organisations needs including specialised one day programs for Personal Development and special events. Our wellbeing programs are evidence based and we believe they align with the Community Health goals by offering quality experiences and education in overall wellbeing daily practices. We will help you, your community, school and your workplace deepen the connection with oneself in mind, body and spirit.
