Shining Bees

Bees don’t wait for weekends to start being who they are. Shining Bees offers pathways to organizations that want to create a truly inclusive organizational spirit for all. In Shining Bees, we believe that differences in skin, gender and ethnicity should be overcome by a broader concept that starts from one point: we are all humans and we all have a need to feel valued for who we are. Considering that happiness is the main goal of every human being and that it is strictly linked to one’s work conditions (performance measuring, work-life balance, expectations, etc.) we want to study and shape the relationship between inclusion and happiness to let people start living their life everyday, not waiting for the weekend to be themselves.
