Shirt Shield
Every morning before he left for work, Dan would wince as he zipped his rucksack shut on a freshly-ironed shirt. Like the other Brits who cycle to work each day, he knew his garment would soon be covered in creases. So he searched for solutions, a product that would keep his shirt looking sharp during the daily commute, but there were none. He soon realised that if he wanted to look at smart at work, he'd have to do something. Shirt Shield was born during a transatlantic flight in June 2014, when Dan scribbled down the design that would allow cyclists to transport their clothes crinkle-free. The first prototypes were created from cardboard as soon as Dan got home but it wasn't long before a more sturdy material was needed. The light and robust Polypropylene used today means Shirt Shield keeps your garments pressed in any rucksack, sports bag, hold-all or suitcase. Shirt Shield's clever design means you look smart wherever your journey takes you. Simply place the collar on its holder, wrap your shirt around the plastic design and fold Shirt Shield closed. Slide the A4-sized Shirt Shield into any bag and away you go - crease-free travelling
