Sho Whitener is a creative fashion incubator that allows college students to gain work experience in the fashion industry that will make them marketable before they leave college. Sho Whitener's use of inspiration, motivation and partnerships with other organizations provides students with great oppourtunities to implement their knowledge and skills learned in the classroom. This company gives students the opportunity to learn and or enhance skills such as critical thinking, problem solving, interpersonal communication, collaboration, and teamwork. This gives students real world work experience that will prepare them for their future. This company was founded on a passion to give students a fighting chance to be successful after college.
