Shockey Properties is the property management and development division of The Shockey Companies, located in Winchester, Virginia. Our portfolio of properties offers over four million square feet under management, as well as land holdings of over 600 acres, many with build-to-suit options in Virginia, West Virginia and North Carolina. Our business model is focused on long-term ownership. As such, our tenants are our top priority. We strive to provide the most efficient and courteous property management and ownership team in the business, and we believe in open dialog, quick responses and personal service. We pride ourselves in developing and Maintaining lasting relationships with each and every one of our tenants. Shockey Properties has an experienced team of professionals dedicated to the management and development of our properties. Our team consists of Property Manager Wade Johnson, Facility Manager Brad Freeman, Office Manager Jodi Clark and several trained maintenance professionals. We regularly visit every site location to ensure that our tenants are always operating in a well-maintained and safe environment.
