We are a studio of strategic planning and implementation driven by shopper insights. We believe that retail strategies and tactics must be directed by insights obtained through an enhanced look to the shopper: what is valuable for him? What motivates him? From the knowledge of the Shopper Journey and the mapping of its value chain, we’re building plans that can aggregate greater satisfaction and interaction with products, thus increasing sales conversion. We operate by mapping opportunities, structuring processes, planning, creating, training, and implementing actions that generate better results for everyone involved.
