Shorea Capital is a professional investment management firm based in Singapore that helps family offices, UHNWIs and institutional investors manage their real estate, wealth and investments across public and private markets. Backed by Hwa Hong Corporation, a Singapore-headquartered property investment company, and other prominent Asian family offices, we currently have AUM of over US$1 billion. Unlike typical investment firms, Shorea Capital is founder-led. We are completely hands-on, offering high-touch engagement with our clients. Our three business units are headed by seasoned investment professionals, each boasting over 25 years of experience in their respective fields. Our business units do not operate in silos; we capitalise on the depth and breadth of experience, skill sets, and insights of our wider team to deliver synergistic value. We maintain a global presence and leverage our strong network and deep on-the-ground relationships for markets outside Singapore.
