The buck stops here. As the President and owner of a small business it is my responsibility to oversee all aspects of the business. My number one responsibility is to my customers, making sure they receive the highest quality production orders on time and within budget. In addition I-Plan, develop, organize, implement, direct and evaluate Short Run Printing, LTD’s fiscal functions and performance-Participate in the development of Short Run Printing, LTD’s plans and programs as a strategic partner-Evaluate and advise on the impact of long range planning, introduction of new programs and strategies-Enhance and/or develop, implement and enforce policies and procedures of the organization by way of systems that will improve the overall operation and effectiveness of Short Run Printing, LTD-Establish credibility throughout Short Run Printing, LTD as an effective developer of solutions to business challenges-Improve the budgeting process on a continual basis-Optimize the handling of bank and deposit relationships and initiate appropriate strategies to enhance cash position-Develop a reliable cash flow projection process and reporting mechanism, which includes minimum cash threshold to meet operating needs-Design the Short Run Printing, LTD plan for continual improvement of the efficiency and effectiveness of the company as well as providing individuals with professional and personal growth with emphasis on opportunities of individuals.
