Short Stay Lets is an independent holiday lettings operator with a number of properties around Bournemouth. We help landlords and investors achieve higher net profits from their investment properties while reducing their taxes. This is achieved by running their properties as furnished holiday lets (serviced accommodation), rather than standard single lets. We have been operating for over 4 years in the local area. During this time, we have built great relationships with local landlords thanks to our personal approach and good knowledge of the local holiday market. We offer a full management hands-off service and so far, we have been 100% successful with it.
