SEW, founded in 1982, is a heavy fabrication and heat exchangers manufacturing company. The company has a well-laid facility in Central India which is segregated into specialized units for product design and sampling, fabrication, finishing and quality inspection. Situated in a centralized location in Bhopal, the unit is about 3 Kms away from M/s Bharat Heavy Electricals Ltd. Bhopal. The unit is equipped with state-of-the-art machinery like CNC flame cutting machine, SAW welding machines, Power press etc. for un-hindered fabrication processes. The company also has a facility for manufacturing finned tubes with latest and innovative, imported as well as indigenized fin shaping or fin winding machines and has been accredited with ISO 9001: 2008 and are certified for its compliance with defined standards. The facility is capable of carrying out fabrication of items weighing up to 50 metric tons. Over the years, SEW has manufactured and exported products for EMRP Mumbai, Indian Defense, Crompton Greaves and other public and private sector industries in India and abroad. The company has exported its products to various countries including Ethiopia, Vietnam, Bhutan, Tajikistan, Oman and Kuwait and has plans for expansion of the work profile and diversification of product portfolio, including innovative products.
