These Spunbound Nonwoven Fabrics are high in demand in various applications including automotive, civil engineering, sanitary and medical and packaging. These fabrics are produced by depositing extruded, spun filaments onto a collecting belt followed by bonding the fibers. This bonding provides strength and integrity to the fabrics by the application of heated rollers for partially melting the polymers and fusing the fibers together. These fabrics are highly acclaimed for their high tear strength & good fray and crease resistance. In addition, it also has excellent liquid retention capacity due to high void content.
