SHSL is a specialist resourcing business which focuses on the provision of high quality, high calibre systems and software candidates primarily to the aerospace and defence industry in the U.K. A prime supplier of contractors to BAE Systems, SHSL also supplies to MBDA and Selex Galileo as well as providing a permanent recruitment service. SHSL is unique in the recruitment industry in being owned by a software and systems house, Aerosystems International (AeI). SHSL works in partnership with AeI, a CMMI Level 5 company, both to resource software teams for AeI's in house projects as well as their external customers.
