Shu Liang() was founded in 2016, aiming at building an effective marketplace for data sources in China. In 2017, Shu Liang Ltd. got listed both in Beijing OTC Market and in the White Paper of China's Big Data Industry 2017. Today, we are China's leading directory for data sources and services, providing over items including APIs, datasets and data services. IBNR program, launched by Shu Liang Ltd, assists Chinese investors and companies "going outbound" for investment and business development(@investbnr.com). We are currently woking with goverment institutions, associations and companies from USA, Germany, Britain, Japan, India, Israel, Myanmar, Philippine, Singapore, Cambodia, Middle East, Africa. IBNR initiated a serial activity in 2019, during which we led investors and companies managements to visit around 10 countries discussing possible cooperation and investment.
