Shugarman Architecture + Design (SA+D) is a Calgary + Canmore based architecture, interior design + urban design firm. For 30 years, we have been designing bespoke projects throughout the luxury single family, hospitality, multi-family, institutional, and commercial sectors. Founded in 1994, Michael Shugarman started the firm with his ambition for making the world a better place. He held the belief that despite divisions, people share much more than what divides them, and he wanted to connect people; to each other, to the natural world around them, and to who we each are as individuals.
