We also manufacture heavy duty central mix blades lined to the customers need whether that be a standard Durex urethane wrap around liner or a full face and pedestal Chromium Carbide liner. Most notably over the past 14 years we have developed and refined the Load and Go Ready Mix® Truck Wash System using high pressure water to completely clean every mixer every time eliminating the costly and dangerous manual washdown typically done by drivers after each load is batched. This system earned the Most Innovative Product award at World of Concrete because it drastically improves productivity, safety and mixer cleanliness while at the same time improving QC and reducing processed water.
