ATPases and GTPases are proteins central to the development of many serious diseases. SHY’s unique molecule portfolio enables us to target ATPases and GTPases associated with serious unmet medical needs, yet often considered undruggable, and to identify and address new treatment targets. SHY will file its first IND in the second half of 2025 for a novel first-in-class cancer therapeutic candidate targeting the proteasome 19S regulatory subunit.
