Before we turned it into a business, we were in love with the Italian cuisine and its amazing flavors. Based on our realization that excellence cannot be achieved without specialization, it was logical that Italy would be a camp in which passion turned into a method and hobby into a specialty, and where we strengthened our knowledge of Italian cuisine, its easy and delicious recipes, and the simple and deep-rooted Italian identity. When we acquired the knowledge and skills needed, we started in Riyadh at the end of 2022.
