The Story of Siddharth Auto Engineers Pvt Ltd started with one Sales Executive and Service Engineer taken from the existing tractor business. After selling 5 machines in 1985, making a mark of machines annually today along with a staff of 45 Sales Executives, 250 Engineers and a Supporting Staff of more than 80 has been an achievement all together. The success story of SAE has a strong foundation of teamwork. The Sales, Service, Spares, Accounts and the Office Staff work hand in hand. All victories and failures are celebrated and shouldered jointly. Today, the SAE team consists of 410 dedicated members to work hard at all the levels of the JCB franchise. Landmarks : SAE was the first dealer in India to complete the sales of 100th, 200th 400th 500th and JCB 3DX machines. SAE has a reputation of innovating new ideas of marketing. The “Bring Customers in Fold”, a new concept which SAE started in 2005 is now a standard practice in JCB dealers all over India. The ethos of the Siddharth Group is to make services available to the customers at their doorsteps. To achieve this aim they have fourteen branches located in strategic positions. Each branch offers Sales, Service and Spares support and is equipped with jeeps, two wheelers, computers, mobile phones, etc. The branches are manned by trained personnel. In a state of the art workshop was started in Wagholi near Pune. It is a sq.ft. Complex housing a spare parts depot, workshop facility for JCB machines and the Operator Training Centre. In 2007, a new office cum workshop of sq. feet was constructed on the out skirts of Pune near Khed Shivapur. The company also a similar workshop at Solapur. As on today the company has 15 offices all over the 9 districts.
